Please check order details carefully before they are fulfilled as we may not be able to remedy any issues after the customer has received their order. If you need to amend an order, you have the following options:
Items out of stock: Suggest a replacement to the customer using the messaging system. If no replacements are available or the customer declines, choose ‘Request a Refund’ in your Orders Dashboard.
Decline or cancel the order: If you cannot fulfil the order or the customer wishes to make a replacement order, you can cancel the order by initiating an order modification request, selecting all items to zero. For a positive customer experience, we kindly request that you include any reasons for cancelling in the notes.
Adding more items to an existing order: Yay! Sometimes your suggestions on further bundles does result in additional items. An order may be amended if it has not yet been fulfilled, so please forward any correspondence to support the changes.
